DWP ESF Families Programme

This is a voluntary programme aimed at moving families closer to and into sustained employment. The programme is designed to complement existing services that take place within a Local Authority, whilst reducing the wider impacts on intergenerational worklessness.

Reed in Partnership is the prime contractor for the DWP ESF Families Programme in the East of England. The Learning Partnership is the approved end to end provider working in conjunction with Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Councils delivering the Families Programme in Bedford and across Central Bedfordshire.

The Families Programme is delivered through a strong partnership of community, voluntary and private sector organisations to engage with individuals and families to support them in getting back to work. Referrals can be made by Teams within Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Councils, Schools, Colleges, Family Learning Providers, Housing Associations, Voluntary and Community organisations.
