A professional and confidential service is offered, providing customers with accurate, impartial and up to date information and advice and additional help/support or signposting to partner organisations as appropriate.

- Information, Careers Advice and Guidance (providing support to customers to identify the most appropriatecareer and learning options) under the Next Step and Flexible Routeway JOBMAETS programmes
- IT Training including a free one day Online training course
- A range of quality accredited training including City & Guilds Accredited – Preparing to teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (Pttls), Level 2 Award in Language, Literacy and Numeracy, ESOL;NOCN accredited Health & Safety and NVQs in a variety of subjects including Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), Youth Work and Engineering, all utilising our fully qualified Adult Tutors, Assessors and Internal Verifiers
- Redundancy Support workshops
- Specific Interventions: Confidence Building/Volunteering Opportunities/Job Seeking Skills/Job and Careers Advice/Job Readiness/Personal and Vocational Skills/Pre-recruitment training/Signposting i.e. Benefit/Debt support
- Employability programmes offering CV support/Job Search/Interview Skills/ Training and Recruitment
- Career guidance for Young People through the “Young Persons Career Guidance” Project
- Links into local employers and after care support once in employment
eVolve Your Future are currently working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus to set up local Work Clubs as part of the
“Get Britain Working” initiative. In the first phase, eVolve Work Clubs are offered to Jobcentre Plus customers in Rushden and Biggleswade (and surrounding areas). For more information, contact eVolve on 01933 358250.
