Train to Gain Learning Works

The Learning Works initiative is an innovative programme which will work with one local organisation in the pilot phase to support their development of an in-company employee development scheme. The employer will be expected to support the delivery of the programme through the release and support of staff who access training and by providing match funding. The employer will have clear linkages with the Train2Gain Brokerage.
