The Partnership Charter

This charter sets out what you can expect from the Learning Partnership.  It also says what we expect of you.

What you should expect from the Learning Partnership:

  • A supportive environment for collaborative working.
  • Unbiased information and advice to help identify the outcomes and objectives for the project or initiative.
  • An induction into the administration, financial and data reporting required.
  • Prompt payments on a monthly basis with associated financial statements and other performance data.
  • Personal support at the beginning of the contract for you and your staff.
  • Contact by telephone and email.
  • Encouragement to progress and successfully achieve your objectives.
  • A monitoring visit to check progress against targets.
  • A friendly review at the end of the project to, advise on sustainability and mainstreaming to consolidate your work.
  • A certificate when you complete your project.
  • Access to a complaints procedure to resolve any difficulties that may arise should the need arise.

What the Learning Partnership expects of you:

  • Keep in contact we will contact you at least once a month to discuss progress.
  • Attend and participate in any project review or network meeting.
  • Follow our guidelines for carrying out your work.
  • Help us to help you by keeping your records up to date and providing us with a monthly return to help us monitor performance and prepare your payments.
  • Raising concerns promptly with your designated project worker.
  • Respond promptly to any request for information.
  • Help us to continually improve by giving us your suggestions and ideas at the end of the project.

Complaints:

  • If you have a complaint about the operation of the contract then please contact the Executive Director.  We will reply to you within ten working days.
