OFSTED & the Learning Partnership
In January OFSTED conducted a full inspection of our Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities provision, funded by the SFA. This was the first time OFSTED had inspected the Partnership and we are very pleased to say that overall they graded us as a good provider. Even better the final report says that in many areas OFSTED considers that the work of the Partnership is outstanding.
The OFSTED report confirms that the Learning Partnership – a voluntary sector, community facing organisation – is one of the best providers of adult learning in the area. We also believe that the inspection has vindicated the model of inclusive, partnership working that is the hallmark of everything we do.
